Abstract

The characteristic feature of modern societies is the operation based on social networks. Increasing complexity of processes, increasing decentralization of power and reducing the importance of territory make it necessary to clarify the principles on which this cooperation is based. Specific examples should be looked at to clarify these principles. One of them is the changes taking place in international relations. "Today, we are dealing with a specific segmentation (or fragmentation) of actors and activities of international relations, and at the same time with increasingly stronger interdependencies between them. The world is no longer just a world of states but a multilevel social world - international".
